Delivery Policy

All goods quoted for delivery shall be delivered to the address instructed by The Customer. The cost of goods delivered will be charged to The Customer as defined in the details of delivery charges in The Company's current published price list, or on the web site. Although guidelines have been provided, specific times and dates for delivery cannot be guaranteed. The Company shall not be liable for any loss whatsoever caused by non-delivery or delay in delivery. Medicircle Ltd requires a 14 working days waiting period before being able to trace, replace or refund lost items.

Medicircle's opening hours are between 8.30am and 5pm Monday to Friday, and our sales team will be happy to deal with any queries you might have during these times. Any orders placed before 3pm Monday - Friday will be dispatched immediately, providing that all goods are in stock and all details are correct (including any delivery, invoice and payment details). All orders placed after 3pm Monday - Thursday will be automatically dispatched the following day. For any order placed after 3pm on Friday, or over the weekend period, goods will be dispatched on the following Monday morning (excluding Bank Holidays). For UK deliveries Medicircle Ltd uses various delivery methods, depending upon the weight of the parcel. These methods include 1st or 2nd Class Royal Mail, Parcelforce or other delivery services. Delivery usually takes 2-3 working days from date of posting, but may take longer if circumstances beyond our control disrupt postal services. Alternatively, for a quicker delivery you can have your items sent via the next day service. If you wish to take this option, you can place your order over the telephone or online using the next day option, where a delivery charge will be added, however customers should note that all delivery times stated are provided on a guideline basis only and therefore cannot be guaranteed. All orders under the value of £35.00 using standard delivery will be charged a Small Order Charge (2010 Small Order Charge is £3.95 plus VAT) , in addition to the items purchased. All orders using standard delivery to the UK mainland over £35.00 will not be charged for delivery. All deliveries outside the UK mainland are subject to individual charges.
