HOW TO ORDER -
Our site allows you to look at
products grouped together logically, fast order
entry your order if you know the product codes or to
search for a particular product using the search
facility. You can also move between these options
and all the while be adding to your order. Use
Product Groups These are listed on the left hand
side of the page.
Click on any of the groups and the sub groups
appear. You can always tell which group you are in
as it is named just above the list of sub groups and
has a darkened dot next to it. You can always tell
which sub group you are in as it will be in red.
These Groups make it easy to find associated
products together to make your choice from all the
products within a group. Once you have the sub group
open click on the name of the product to get the
large picture and it's long description. Add to cart
using the shaded box and button. You can return to
the Product Groups at anytime.
FAST ORDER ENTRY - If you know the codes that you
want click the Fast Order Entry button and this will
allow you to input your order into the shopping cart
quickly. Just enter the code number and the quantity
you require. The shopping cart automatically
appears. You can return to the Fast Order Entry at
anytime. Search Facility This will search the
product description and a special hidden keyword
that we put in to help you find the item you are
looking for.
You must not use any spaces in the Search. I.e.
only search on cold, not cold pack. You can return
to the Search at anytime. Check Contents of Kits If
the contents Click here to check appears you can
click to open up the list of contents. We have also
given you the facility to print the list to check
physically. At the Customer Sign In Customers who do
not have a credit account The top section is for
customers who have not dealt with us before and wish
to open an account or pay by credit card. Follow the
instructions. Our credit card payments are done
through a secure third party - Protx.
Customers who have a credit account The bottom
section is for customers who have credit accounts
open with us. Put in your customer number which
appears on the invoice (Acc No) or Statement
(Account Number) If you do not know your password
give us a ring on 01522-883344 Posting Options Our
orders are carriage paid if over £30.00 otherwise
there is a small £ 3.95+Vat (£4.64) order charge.
Picking your Delivery Address Your details will be
inputed for you, all you have to do is pick the
correct delivery address if your company has more
than one.
ORDER CONFIRMATION - During confirmation of your
order we need First Name Surname Daytime Phone Email
Optionally we would like Your middle initial An
Order Number Forgot Your Password/Do not know your
Account Number? If you are customer with a credit
account but cannot remember your account number and
password just use the "I wish to be invoiced for
this order" in the top section. You can give us a
ring to confirm these details if you wish for next
time. Special Prices During Order Confirmation if
your company has any special pricing arrangements
with us the following note will appear.
Please note: Our records indicate that you have
special product pricing. The price you will actually
be invoiced for these goods may be less than
indicated above! The prices will be in accordance
with any pricing arrangements between our companies.
